About

VibeStride is an app that helps teenage girls who disengage from mainstream sports enjoy light exercise while learning to look after their well-being through mindfulness. Being a teenage girl comes with many pressures and challenges, such as body image concerns, mental health issues, home life and school. We understand that PE classes are not for everyone, so we created VibeStride, a fun, engaging, no-pressure PE game that rewards teenage girls for participating in and learning about exercise and wellbeing.

Our brand partnerships mean that there are excellent rewards for taking part in the VibeStride challenges. Collect points that can be redeemed as vouchers for high street stores or experiences like bowling.

Secure Login
VibeStride takes data security seriously, all data is locked and secured on a private server. All logins are attached to school email addresses which parents and teachers can access.

VibeStride Coaches
Our VibeStride coaches run taster sessions with girls up and down the country. We cater for girls who disengage in mainstream sport, are disruptive, anxious and need support to become active. Our coaches are safeguard trained with DBS certificates and childhood mental health awareness certificates.

Tailored Programmes
We know each and every girl is different. Not one size fits all when it comes to physical activity. Our app uses augmented reality to engage girls in exercise that is fun and rewarding whist catering for their personal needs. Our app uses AI to build safe and interesting routines for girls based on their preferences, mood and sensory input.

Wellbeing Support
Our app has tailored wellbeing routines such as mindfulness and meditations, journalling and contacts for expert advice. We believe hard work needs rewarding, and our app does this with high street discounts, cinema tickets and bowling prizes, which can be won for participating.
